Caption: The Neil Wilson Memorial Garden at Park Hall, Oswestry.
Look closely and you'll see a small plaque fixed to one of the timbers.
This plaque displays what appears to be the number 9 a total of 15 times for some odd reason.
In fact, as discussed at length in the official association forum now closed to the public, each of these is intended to be an apostrophe and they are displayed here, quote Ken Nicol: 'a proverbial two fingers' salute to critics of the IBB-IJLB Memorial at Cae Glas Park in Oswestry, which displays two grammatical errors involving incorrect use of the apostrophe.
