Deus Vult Association was founded in 2007 to promote and raise awareness of the various organisations and websites that exist to serve former infantry - Junior Soldiers. Deus Vult (God Wills It) were the words seen on the cap badge worn by the young men at all of the different units training Junior Soldiers for the Infantry.

Our membership is made up of former members of the Infantry Junior Leaders Battalion, The Junior Infantryman's Wing, The Junior Infantryman's Battalion and the Infantry Boys Battalion. In all these guises, in some cases from as young as 14 years, we were trained at Shorncliffe, Oswestry, Plymouth and Tuxford to become the future Warrent Officers and Non Commissioned Officers of the British Army.

What do we offer? As well as helping to promote all the websites that exist at present and any future websites that might appear, we offer all the same facilities such as photo albums, forums, news and details of what's up and coming in the form of an on-line newsletter - and not forgetting the occasional social outing we organise ourselves.

How can I join? If you are one of the 20,000 boy soldiers who wore the Deus Vult badge or served as a member of the training staff, you're already a member by default - we just want you to fill in the Join Us form so we can give you full access to the site and keep in touch from time to time. To enjoy this site, you'll need a password - hit Join Us or Get Password and fill in the form. We'll get back to you quickly with the password.

£127,000 funding from the Scottish Government for the benefit of veterans was announced in Edinburgh on May 6th.
