Cost £50.00 per person

On confirmation of payment then you must email the Secretary (secretary@ijlb.com) with your payment confirmation number together with your choice of meals. Please inform him of any dietary restrictions or allergies. Should you wish to be seated with a particular company then can you please also inform the Secretary of this wish.
Accommodation
Accommodation can be booked directly with Lion Quays Hotel as follows:
Room prices
Single Standard £128 per night for the duration of the reunion.
Double Standard £138 per night for the duration of the reunion.

The event number is EVNT10578 using the booking code GA05178. You must use the code or no discount will be given.
Note discount is to be discontinued six weeks before the AGM, this is to allow the hotel to release the rooms for other functions.

Subsequent Information
Payment for bedrooms is required on check in. Check in is from 3pm onwards, guests can pay a £25.00 early check in fee for 12:30.
All bedrooms include breakfast in the waterside restaurant weekdays from 6:30 – 10:00 and weekends 7:30 till 10:30.
Leisure Facilities
All guests have access to Lions Quay leisure facilities from 12:00 day of check in this includes, 25-meter swimming pool with loungers, Sauna, Steam room and jacuzzi. The leisure facilities will provide towels and lockers for all belongings.

£XX for 3 hours – LQ would need to know on booking if you would like the Thermal Spa, this has to be booked in advance. Please provide on booking you are attending the IJLB event for you to obtain this discount.

Waterside Restaurant
If you are staying more the one evening and wish to dine in the waterside restaurant, please book a table when booking your bedrooms, this means you can be guaranteed a table booking.
